Studies show that more and more people including young children have become over weight or worse, obese. Most jobs now require a person to be working the whole day or even until late at night sitting the whole time. The thought is that they will be more productive working while sitting. What they do not know is that they are bound to developing a disease by doing so. People who sit all the time would even feel pain and aches from sitting the whole time.

The fat around the waist which is common to most people nowadays because of less movement can cause the glucose levels to rise. If you start moving around or exercising regularly, your waist or pot belly will become smaller and eventually your glucose levels will go down. You don’t have to do it drastically, start by walking short distances everyday and include fruits and green vegetables in your diet. Do not starve yourself or skip meals.
