Weight Gain During Pregnancy
Weight gain during pregnancy is very important for you to have a healthy pregnancy. You really need to have a healthy weight during pregnancy to make labor easy, and to facilitate quick recovery.

You may also want to notify your doctor or midwife in case you do not gain weight in two weeks’ time. Weight gain is important, and should be taken seriously. Spotting during pregnancy can also happen with weight gain.
Just because you are gaining weight does not mean that you yourself will have to gain weight too. Your tummy will grow bigger, but if you follow a healthy diet, you should be in the form and tone necessary during pregnancy. However, if you do not follow any type of meal plan, and eat what you want all the time, you can earn a lot of extra pounds that you do not need. Those extra pounds can be very hard to shed after the birth.
